Join Gregory Smith, the National Register Coordinator for the Texas Historical Commission, as he talks about the SCA in Texas in general, and Houston in particular. He will also touch upon his National Register work at the Texas Historical Commission.

Greg has worked as a historian since 1996. In addition to overseeing the National Register program, he reviews federal and state Preservation Houston Logorehabilitation tax credit applications, and participates in the Section 106 review process. He holds an M.A. in History from the University of Delaware and a B.A. in Art History from the University at Buffalo. He has been an SCA member for over three decades, a former Vice President of the SCA, and has been to all 254 Texas counties!
