The roadside is littered with ordinary places bearing odd names — sometimes very odd. SCA Board Member, Bill Swislow has collected hundreds of head scratchers, funny names for stores and businesses ranging from Armageddon Carpet Cleaners and Decent Convenient Store to Sam-n-Ella’s River Club and Snack the Big Fred.
