On October 30, 2018, the SCA hosted an exclusive members only pop-up hard hat tour of the new TWA Hotel at JFK Airport in Jamaica, NY. The hotel’s lobby is the original TWA Terminal, designed in 1962 by Eero Saarinen (of St. Louis Arch fame), faithfully restored. The new hotel will include 50,000 square feet of first-class event space for 1,600 people, and will have 512 rooms, including 44 suites.
Erik Palmer, Managing Director of TWA Hotel, hosted the very informative tour.
