Legendary Macon restaurant will be reborn in upcoming documentary. Macon’s iconic Pig’n Whistle restaurant is being memorialized in a new documentary, bringing back to life its connection to music history.

Plans Moving Forward for Redevelopment of Newark’s Paramount Theater. The historic theater in downtown Newark will be adaptively reused. The developer indicates they will restore the historic facade.

Historic 1920s hotel in Little Havana, The Tower Hotel, to be restored. The Tower Hotel in Miami’s Little Havana will be rehabilitated and reopened as a boutique hotel.

Heartbreak in Reno as motel demolitions begin. While some of the signs will be preserved, demolition began on historic motels in downtown Reno.

Cuban artist switches Havana’s neon lights back on. Cuban artist Kadir Lopez Nieves is restoring Havana’s neon lights through a project titled Habana Light Neon + Signs.
