International Harvester Company

Directly opposite Nipper is the former International Harvester Company, a one-story pressed brick and concrete complex built in the late 1920s. This building, and others further up Broadway, form an impressive grouping of large-scale truck showrooms of the period. Note the interlocking “I H” logo in the gable. This company moved to a suburban location in the ’80s.
