Not part of the 1989 tour, the Arcadia Building was originally the home of Clide Automobile Company.

Notable are the ghost signs on the south and north face. The south ghost displays an early promotion for GMC Trucks (c. 1920). The north face displays what may be the only existing outdoor sign promoting the short-lived Rapid Motor Vehicle Company. According to Wikipedia, Rapid was “the first truck to conquer Pike’s Peek.”
